Lowther Hall

This circa 1930 photo- graph is of Lowther Hall, built by Samuel Lowther in 1822. Daniel Pratt is thought to have been the architect. The house, which was later owned by members of the Hardeman, Pursley, and Jones families, burned in 1945 or ‘46.
